EMC XtremIO to Be Launched on November 14

EMC will officially launch on November 14 its long-awaited XtremIO, a 100% flash scale-out enterprise storage array for VDI, virtual server, and database environments.

It took more time than expected to finalize the product originated by Israeli start-up XtremIO acquired by EMC in May 2012 for $400 to $450 million.
