Former CEO and founder of Guavus Anukool Lakhina handpicked Goel as his successor allowing Anukool to focus on innovation as the company expands into additional markets with systems for closed loop decisioning.
As CEO of Guavus, Manish will continue the expansion of decisioning applications for communication service providers and the enterprise globally. He left NetApp as the EVP of product operations where he led all product technology strategy and delivery. During his 11 year run with NetApp, he had also maintained positions such as SVP and GM, software group, VP of enterprise accounts and president, India operations. He also held senior positions at Copper Mountain Networks, Cadence and McKinsey.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from IIT, Chennai and MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Anukool founded Guavus in 2006 to unlock the value of operational, sensor and network generated data and reduce the economic and technology risk associated with deploying a traditional business intelligence solution. Moving forward he will continue to be actively involved in directing the technology, supporting sales and corporate development for the company.
Over the past three years, Guavus has seen growth. The company currently counts seven of top ten managed service operators and three of top four North American mobile operators, as customers. Guavus acquired Neuralitic Systems, in mobile data monetization and marketing analytics, and Pipeline, in IPDR technology, from Applied Broadband.
The company has raised a total of $87 million in capital from investors, including Artiman Ventures, Sofinnova Ventures, Intel Capital, Investor Growth Capital (ICG), QuestMark Partners, Goldman Sachs, and TransLink Capital.
