This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on October 1, 2013 at 3:00 pmC7 Data Centers (C7), provider of IT, cloud and data center colocation services, has acquired IntegraTechs Corporation, an IT MSP.
IntegraTechs is a national provider of IT support services including cloud migration, development, security, and IT outsourcing.
C7 will continue the operation of IntegraTechs’ ability to maintain, monitor and manage all areas of IT needs including desktops, networks, servers, firewalls, routers, backups, upgrades, and maintenance.
IntegraTechs has a corporate support center in American Fork, UT with additional sites in Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Washington DC. C7 plans to expand the national presence of IntegraTechs over the next twelve months with new offices in Denver, Minneapolis, Boise, and Reno and is considering international expansion to service C7’s worldwide client base.
IntegraTechs will be run as a division of C7, with the charter of IT Services and Cloud Management. The IntegraTechs Division will manage, build, and support C7’s FuseApp cloud products and services.
C7 Data Centers CEO Wes Swenson stated: “We felt this was a critical and strategic acquisition to rapidly expand our sales and support of our cloud efforts in the FuseApp product line, as well as to expand resources to our current and prospective client base. IntegraTechs has a tremendous client base, as well as a 24/7 support center. Generally it takes some time for a services provider to reach this scale and we feel IntegraTechs adds a critical support function and real asset to our company and to our clients.”
“Demand from small, medium and large enterprises for cloud expertise and managed services is growing rapidly, and we needed to meet this demand with a quality operation. IntegraTechs has a dedicated base of employees which numbers around 60 people, and we have plans to hire and expand this operation to over 100 personnel in the next twelve months. We will be enlarging the security practice, virtual desktops support, and, of course, cloud migration, support, and design,” said Wes Swenson.
A privately-held Utah corporation, C7 Data Centers is a large colocation provider in the State of Utah. It builds and operates multi-tenant, carrier neutral, high-density data centers using ambient air cooling systems in America’s lowest disaster-risk region. It delivers cloud solutions and customized storage with personalized managed IT services to both local and global customers; serving clients from small business start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies.
