Klaas de Vos COO, Buffalo

Buffalo Technology announces the appointment of Klaas de Vos, as the company’s COO.

 In his new position, he will be responsible for leading the company’s strategy, business growth and development.
 
With almost 20 years experience in the storage and solutions sector, de Vos, previously senior director european sales at Buffalo, now takes responsibility for leading the storage manufacturer’s strategy, business growth and development.

Buffalo is also bolstering its sales force for an increased focus on the channel, as well as providing a more diverse range of options for end users.
 
Buffalo’s channel strategy has expanded to offer integrated business solutions to companies of all sizes. IP camera surveillance and dedicated Windows environments are examples of the cost-effective and performing solutions available to both SMBs and enterprises. Channel push will enhance and simplify businesses’ network and storage solutions, ensuring customers experience high level of flexibility and reliability.
 
 Before joining Buffalo, de Vos held various senior global positions within Western Digital, culminating in being VP and GM EMEA, covering 30% of the company’s worldwide revenue. From his experience de Vos brings specialised knowledge in sectors such as sales, channel, marketing and distribution.
