Security launched 4-bay, 1U rackmount VioStor
NVR VS-4100U-RP Pro+ series, available in 8, 12 and 16 channels
featuring reliability.

Powered by dual-core Intel processor
and 4GB DDR3 memory, it deliver performance with up to 250 Mbps
throughput to ensure recording of multiple megapixel IP cameras. The
HDMI output and hardware decoder provide the ability to deliver up to
200fps Full HD local display.

The series support up to 16TB raw
storage capacity to accommodate high quality H.264, MPEG-4, M-JPEG,
and MxPEG video recording.

Featuring VioStor NVR firmware v4.1.0,
it support smart recording, storage expansion, and multi-stream
function. The smart recording avoids the constant storage consumption
at all time, but achieves storage efficiency and boost recording
quality when alarm events happen. By installing the
‘StorageExpansion’ app (QPKG) on the Turbo NAS, administrators can
connect the VS-4100U-RP Pro+ series with the Turbo NAS via network to
enlarge the total storage capacity. The multi-stream support enables
administrators to define multiple video streams (supported by
specific camera models) according to bandwidth resources and number
of live-view channels.

It provide features for
business environments, including fisheye dewarping function,
multi-server monitoring, advanced event management, and more. The
fisheye dewarping function is supported for specific fisheye cameras
and cameras with panomorph lens on handling remote monitoring,
playback and local display. Multi-server monitoring enables users to
connect multiple VioStor NVRs and monitor up to 128 IP cameras with
one browser on remote computers. Event management enables
administrators to set 5 types of alarm event, and the system will
respond with assigned event actions when an event is triggered,
keeping administrators stay alerted.

It support Windows and Mac platforms
with QNAP’s surveillance client software, and the VMobile
surveillance app for iOS, Android and Windows Mobile 6.1 to 6.5
devices. Users can manage the solution via the web-based
administration interface using Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet
Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browsers, or monitor linked IP cameras by
mobile devices anytime and anywhere on the go.

It’s compatible with over 2,100 IP
camera models of various brands, offering businesses flexibility in
deploying an ideal surveillance solution.

for VioStor NVR Pro(+) series with firmware v4.1.0 or newer and the
Turbo NAS TS-x69, x79, x70 series with firmware v3.8.3 only.
