Gary Newgaard VP US Federal Sales, Pixia

PIXIA Corp., in high-performance scalable large data access solutions, announced Gary Newgaard as their new VP of U.S. Federal Sales.

 Newgaard brings more than 20 years of experience growing and leading sales at both Fortune 500 business units and high growth companies. He recently served as the director, Federal Sales for EMC Isilon where he led one of the fastest growing divisions at EMC, doubling federal sales his first year. He has a long track record of delivering results, capturing market opportunities, and partnering with industry to achieve increased scales of business. Prior to his role at EMC Isilon, he served as president of Pragon Systems, LLC and held various senior executive roles at Compaq Computer Corporation (now HP Computer).

He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Tennessee. In addition to his university degree, Gary went on to the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
