Imation Corporation unveiled the Imation Storage
Solutions Channel Program.
Using the Nexsan channel program as its foundation, Imation’s program opens
opportunities for expanded sales, marketing and lead generation services for VARs,
systems integrators and MSPs that offer Nexsan storage solutions.
The program is being launched in conjunction with the re-branding of Nexsan as
Imation’s storage solutions portfolio, including an updated website, emails,
and the introduction of the Nexsan by Imation logo, which links Nexsan solutions to Imation’s decades of experience and
innovation in data protection.

Imation acquired Nexsan at the end of 2012, and then worked closely with
members of the Nexsan Partner Program to ensure a smooth and profitable
transition to the Imation Storage Solutions Channel Program. It is built from the best of the Nexsan partner
program, including LeadGuard opportunity registration, margins and SPIFFs, training, lead management tools, sales and
marketing tools, and training.
In addition, the program adds a new Executive tier that opens
opportunities for Nexsan partners who meet sales criteria to engage
enhanced business development and marketing support from Imation, including:

Lead Qualification Telemarketing
Resources: Access to hours from Imation’s Nexsan-trained
telemarketing professionals. -
Marketing Development Funding:
Priority access to additional marketing support and customized collateral and
campaigns. -
Web Content Syndication: Ability to
leverage pre-built web pages to quickly enhance a partner’s web presence, and
storage-related content to nurture leads. -
Quarterly Business Reviews: Regular
discussions of business initiatives and results to adapt programs and shift
resources to ensure success.

data protection and archive and compliance, has been a Nexsan partner since
2000. The company provides Nexsan storage solutions to customers across industries, including higher education and the federal government.
