InetU
Inc. announced the addition of high performance cloud storage to
its Gated
Community Cloud users.
The additional storage enables users
with high workload disk activity, like databases and disk-intensive
applications, to function at optimal levels in the cloud.
High performance storage is tailored
for SMBs with high disk activity. These types of applications demand
fast storage in order to perform best. While standard storage options
can handle most tasks, adding the high performance option takes cloud
capabilities to the next level. Users can now add high performance
storage directly from the client center. In a matter of clicks,
disk-intensive applications can be deployed in the Gated Community
Cloud.
"Gated Community Cloud clients
are assured that their environments can scale as their business
grows," said Andrew Hodes, director of technology, INetU.
"Clients who need to add high performance storage to power
their workload are now able to boost their applications in a matter
of minutes and feel confident that even the most demanding databases
and applications will run seamlessly in the cloud."
The Community Cloud is built on 16
years of hosting experience. In addition to the new high performance
storage feature, users benefit from enterprise components, constant
monitoring, PCI DSS level 1 certification and engineers available to
assist and troubleshoot 24/7.
