Google Apps Backup Tool Upgraded

With this release one of the developers wants to notify about the recent up-graded the Google Apps Backup tool has gone through.

Latest 2.0 version of this tool has been upgraded with a feature of deletion of data from the account once the user has made backup of emails, contacts, calendars, drives etc. This feature will help users to increase space in the account and important data to HDD.

Beside, with this latest version it’s possible to have the same email data in a different format as the software allows saving email files in EML, PST, and MBOX format. 
     
Talking about the functionality of software, director of product development Evan Swans said: "According to a recent survey done by our researchers it was analyzed that software needs certain up-gradation to match up with the time. Gmail offers 30GB saving space on cloud after that user has to pay extra to increase the space. Our team came up with this new idea to add a new feature in Google Apps Backup tool with which user would be able to take the backup of their old and unused data in their machine HDD. This way user will spend a small amount on software and will be able to save large space on a cloud."

Speaking about the other features of the software he added: "Along with Google Apps backup creation, software eases the user by allowing them to save the desired email file in three different forms EML, PST and MBOX. EML will allow the user to access the same email in Outlook Express, Thunderbird and Windows Live mail while MBOX will increase its platform of accessing mail to Thunderbird, Entourage, Apple Mail, The BAT, MailCopa and others."

One of the active players in software up-gradation process, the respective lab team director Allegen shared his view stating: "This up-gradation has been done with the view to make the data more secure by keeping a backup of Google Apps data copy on the HDD. I am hoping that our users will like our new step and Google Apps Backup tool will attain new demand height in coming time."
