According to a 2011 Radicati Group study the Email Archiving Market will be a $4.8 billion dollar industry by 2015 directed at healthcare, finance and education.
Message Logic provides cloud and virtual data center appliances to clients and has now launched their cloud offering through the Amazon AWS Marketplace. A pay-as-you-grow software solution for email archival and data analytics, Message Logic provides an array of intelligent message archiving solutions designed to help companies globally manage their vast amount of electronic content including email and instant messages. Through analytic technology, Message Logic allows clients to manage and store their electronic content while maintaining compliance with the regulatory policies of the SEC, FINRA, FASB and HIPPA, as well as, with federal regulations, such as, the Freedom of Information ACT, PCI compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley.
DSC and its’ IBM partner, ABC Systems has formed a joint venture, Secure Infrastructure and Services LLC, also known as Aegis, to launch their solutions for PaaS and IaaS on the IBM PureFlex Platform. The JV is offering Power i cloud services for clients looking to migrate from their internal platforms, in order to realize the benefits of scalability, rapid design, implementation and cost savings.
"Our prospects, backlog and partnerships are building for this disruptive turnkey solution. Aegis is one of the few cloud providers in North America offering this type of cloud platform for this robust and stable IBM mid-range computer solution," said Piluso.
DSC will continue to build on their existing solutions of HA and DR and create a pathway for existing clients to migrate to their cloud platform, enabling them to pay as they grow, convert cap-ex to op-ex and turn up infrastructure in hours instead of weeks.
"We have pivoted as a company over these past six months and strategically moved from strictly a DR and BC solutions provider to leveraging our technology, software, data centers, infrastructure and platforms to create great cloud solutions. Today we are one of the few companies with our capabilities," stated Piluso.
