Chris Brandon VP Solutions Architecture and Technical Services, GreenBytes

GreenBytes, Inc. named Chris Brandon as VP, solutions architecture and technical services.

Brandon joins GreenBytes from Xsigo Systems (acquired by Oracle in November 2012) where he served as EMEA technical director.

In his new position with GreenBytes, he will be responsible for overseeing solutions architecture and technical services for the company’s storage optimization solutions for desktop virtualization.

Brandon has 18 years of experience in the storage, network, and data center industries and was the lead architect on some of the largest VDI deployments in EMEA. He was previously the EMEA technical director for Oracle Virtual Networking and has also worked for British Telecom Global Services, GiantLoop, EMC, and International Network Services.

He attended Johns Hopkins University and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

He will be based out of London, UK, and assumes his position immediately.
