Remains listed until September 16, 2013.
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on July 22, 2013 at 3:05 pmOCZ Technology Group, Inc. announced that, as anticipated, the company received a letter from the Staff of the Listing Qualifications Department of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC indicating that, based upon the company’s failure to timely file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended May 31, 2013 with the SEC, as required by NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), the additional filing deficiency would be considered by the Listing Qualifications Panel regarding the company’s continued listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market.
As previously reported, on May 28, 2013 the company received a determination from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel indicating that the Panel had granted the company’s request to remain listed on The NASDAQ Stock Market, subject to the condition that the company is current in the filing of its periodic reports with the SEC by September 16, 2013.
The plan of compliance presented to the Panel at the hearing anticipated that the filing of the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended May 31, 2013 would be delayed and included in the company’s plan for making this filing.
