Mike Klayko Board’s Director, Genmark Automation

Genmark Automation Inc., developer and supplier of tool and factory automation solutions for the global semiconductor and related industries, announced that Mike Klayko  has been elected to its board of directors.

 Klayko is currently CEO of MKA Capital, an investment company focusing on technology. Previously he was president and CEO of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. Additionally, he has held executive positions at Rhapsody Networks, McDataA, EMC, HP and IBM.

Genmark’s chairwoman Mila Genov noted: "I believe the addition of Mike to the Board strengthes our team and we are very pleased he has accepted our invitation to join the board. With his extensive technology and management background, Mike will be an immediate and valuable contributor to our board. We look forward to his guidance as we continue to expand Genmark’s leadership position in the semiconductor automation equipment industries."
