Recovery Toolbox Starts Exchange Recovery Tool

Recovery
Toolbox Inc., the company known for its portfolio of data
recovery and file repair products, announced Exchange
Server Recovery Toolbox, a program for restoring data from
damaged Exchange server files into Outlook PST storage files.

Just as with the other
company’s products, this tool uses a wizard-driven interface that
guides the user through every recovery step and rules out the
probability of any human error. The product supports recovery from
Exchange Server 2003 files (*.edb and *.stm) and Server 2007/2010
(*.edb files only).

It applies several file
analysis algorithms to recover as much data as possible from files
damaged after all kinds of incidents: power shortages, files system
errors, hardware malfunctions and virus attacks. The software comes
with a database viewer that lists recoverable items and lets the user
select specific ones for restoration. Upon the completion of the
recovery process, the user sees a log of the recovery session and can
start MS Outlook to add the pst. file containing the items restored by
the tool.
