Druva Partners With SmartOffice

Druva, Inc. announced a technology partnership with SmartOffice Technologies Ltd, a subsidiary company of Picsel International Limited.

Growth in consumer and enterprise file sharing services confirms that the use of cloud-based tools is embedded in the daily workflow of millions of mobile workforces across the globe. IT departments battle with the prospect of securely sharing corporate documents and service providers are trying to satisfy that insecurity.

Druva has partnered with SmartOffice to integrate inSync Share with SmartOffice PageView. The lightweight and efficient server-based product delivers Office documents and Adobe PDF files, and securely streams on demand page ranges. Corporate documents remain securely stored on the server, meaning inSync Share customers can supply information internally and externally in a format that reduces the risk of data leakage. PageView reduces bandwidth consumption and builds another layer of protection into the inSync endpoint data protection platform.
