Adriel Lares Board’s Director, YuMe
Served as business unit leader for HP 3par storage division.

Habib and Lares bring to the board more than 30 combined years of executive leadership experience, driving innovation across industries.
In their current positions, Habib serves as COO of Nielsen, a global information and measurement company, while Lares functions as CFO for Lookout, in mobile security.

In addition to Habib’s current role at Nielsen, his experience includes a variety of global CIO positions at General Electric Corporation within GE Aircraft Engines Services, GE Information Technology Services and GE Healthcare, among others.

Lares recently served as the business unit leader of Hewlett-Packard’s 3PAR Storage division and led 3PAR from initial product launch to international expansion, growing revenue to an annual run rate of more than $200 million.

Habib earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Journalism and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Lares holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
