Axxana Also Supports EMC VMAX

Axxana, Inc. announced that The Phoenix System RP now supports EMC VMAX enterprise storage arrays.

Axxana’s technology, coupled with EMC RecoverPoint, complements the VMAX family to deliver a complete DR solution. The Phoenix System is also EMC E-Lab qualified to work with EMC VNX series, and VCE Vblock Systems.

Axxana’s technology integrates with RecoverPoint to enable synchronous replication using an existing asynchronous infrastructure. As a result, VMAX customers using the Phoenix System can achieve zero RPO (Recovery Point Objective) over any geographical distance at a cost savings, protecting more applications and greater amounts of data.

For many enterprises, distance limitations are an even greater challenge than financial constraints. Phoenix System overcomes this obstacle by delivering zero data loss over any distance over low cost IP infrastructure.
