Action of Quantum Versus Overland

Formerly, In August 2012, Quantum already sues Overland for infringing four of the company’s patents (No. 6,542,787, No. 6,498,771, No. 5,925,119 and No. 5,491,812) on Neo library and SnapServer in the same court.
On its side Overland pursued patent infringement lawsuit against Quantum, but also Spectra Logic, PivotStor, Qualstar, Tandberg and Venture Corporation, on June 28, 2012, once more in the same court.
