Datalink Adds Migration Packaged Offerings to Professional Services Portfolio

Complementing existing data center consulting, design, and assessment capabilities, the services will assist enterprises with data center initiatives resulting from platform, application, hardware, and OS refreshes, as well as moving from physical to virtual to cloud environments.
The new offerings will help customers minimize disruption, streamline time to production, mitigate risk, and free up internal IT teams to focus on core business functions. With years of experience within various data center environments, an understanding of key interdependencies, as well as virtual data center migration processes, Datalink delivers services that include:
- Infrastructure migration spanning the move from physical to virtual and/or converged infrastructures, storage, backup/data protection, and other upgrade requirements.
- Data migration resulting from storage architecture refreshes and OS changes, such as NetApp Clustered ONTAP.
- Application migration including upgrades to Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory, as well as changes to OS platforms.
