StorageCraft Makes Cloud Services Available to US and Canadian VARs

Through Lifeboat and Synnex

StorageCraft Technology Corporation is offering StorageCraft Cloud Services through additional
partners, known as VARs, via Lifeboat
Distribution, Inc.
and SYNNEX Corporation.

StorageCraft cloud Services allows companies to use
offsite backup of servers for complete system and data DR. StorageCraft cloud
Services offers anytime, anywhere access to data and instant system failover in
the cloud. It provides users with options that range from instant
virtualization to simple archiving, allowing organizations to meet BC
requirements and the ability to always stay in control of offsite systems and
data.

have access to a complete end-to-end BC solution for their customers with
StorageCraft cloud Services,
" Curt James, VP marketing and business development
at StorageCraft. "StorageCraft cloud
Services is a tool that allows SMBs to recover their systems and data quickly
in the event of a disaster or unexpected loss by storing flexible point-in-time
backups in a safe and secure offsite location.
"

Currently, StorageCraft  Cloud Services is available in the US and Canada. The
product is expected to be available to international customers later this year.

VARs will be able to access StorageCraft cloud
Services via Lifeboat and SYNNEX distribution. Previously, StorageCraft Cloud
Services was only available to MSPs through the StorageCraft MSP Program.

StorageCraft cloud Services will be available through VARs on a prepaid basis
and is offered in tiered options, allowing for further customization.

The tiered options are:


  • Cloud Basic:
    Archives critical business backup images.
  • Cloud+: Includes everything in cloud
    Basic, plus immediate file and folder recovery.
  • Cloud Premium: Includes everything
    in cloud+, as well as instant virtualization of data and failover in the cloud.

In addition, US users may opt to have their data
mirrored to a second data center for an additional layer of protection.
