Open Source VTL Software From Quadstor
Can emulate tape libraries and drives from HP and IBM.

It is a performance VTL solution which can emulate tape libraries and drives from vendors such as HP, IBM etc.
With the VTL solution organizations can introduce disk-based data protection into an existing tape backup infrastructure without any changes to existing backup applications and policies
An ongoing effort within QUADStor is to contribute back to the open source community. This release marks the first of many open source projects started within QUADStor.
