Nimble Storage has leased a North San Jose office complex where it plans to employ 750 people, a deal that highlights the tech boom in the Bay Area’s largest city. Nimble leased all of a campus totaling 165,000 square feet on River Oaks Parkway between Cisco (CSCO) Way and Zanker Road that developer Bixby Land created through a $10 million renovation of the three buildings.
