Spectra Logic Rolls Out SpectraEDGE Mobile App

Spectra
Logic Corporation announced the availability of its SpectraEDGE
mobile application, available exclusively to its SpectraEDGE
channel reseller partners worldwide.

Resellers can receive real-time partner
program highlights, news and sales tools previously only available on
the SpectraEDGE portal. The app extends portal accessibility to
SpectraEDGE resellers’ iOS
or Android-based
mobile devices.

"I typically review five to ten
Spectra Logic account files from my desk and laptop daily and am
thrilled to now have the option to access SpectraEDGE portal
information from a convenient mobile platform," said Kevin
Janousek, sales executive of EAGLE
Software, a SpectraEDGE reseller partner. "Having
SpectraEDGE portal information at my fingertips 24 x 7 will increase
efficiency, save time and help me quickly email customers needed
information and organise upcoming customer events, such as Webinars
and product demonstrations, without having to remember to follow up
later."

The app is available for download
on the Apple iTunes App Store or Google Play Store. After initial
download, reseller partners can register by inserting their portal
login and password credentials. Key portal resources available
through the mobile app include account registration information,
collateral download, product comparisons, videos, an events calendar
and the ‘contact us’ feature.

"The SpectraEDGE mobile app is
free, easy to install and customisable, so channel partners can
configure settings to receive certain alerts and push notifications
as desired," said Betsy Doughty, Spectra Logic’s director of
channel marketing. "This option will appeal to our many
SpectraEDGE partners who travel frequently, and those who use
smartphones and tablets as a preferred communication tool, as it
offers convenient, fast alternative access to the SpectraEDGE
portal."
