Adata SSDs 7mm Thick

ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. announces that its entire lineup of SSDs are now thinner and lighter.

With a thickness of just 7mm, ADATA’s existing and forthcoming SSD models are suitable for slim-design laptop and ultrabook computers.

The standard thickness for 2.5" form factor HDD drives is 9.5mm. However, the market trend towards thinner and lighter notebook computers has influenced the design requirements for all components, especially HDDs. 7mm SSDs are 26% thinner, with no loss of speed, capacity, or durability.
