Virginia State University. The private cloud solution includes a 16TB IceWEB
Unified Storage Appliance.
"We
are seeing a growing number of higher education and K-12 customers interested
in the IceBOX service because our focus on security. IceBOX gives
administrators the ability to control access to users, the ability to disable
access on lost devices, as well as advanced encryption and BYOD erase options.
It’s the ideal solution for any consumer with security in mind," said
Rob Howe, IceWEB CEO.
"The
ability for this university to provide their users access to their secure

demonstrate that our IceWEB unified storage appliances, coupled with our
cloud-based ecosystem of services, is a winning solution. We will be making
more significant announcements about our success with IceBOX very soon – this
segment is on fire," Howe concluded.

authentication, utilizes encryption and a range of device support
available (iPhone, iPad, Android Phone and Tablet, Blackberry, Windows, Windows
Mobile and Kindle).
