Dekalb County Police Departments Deployed SAN for Video

This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on March 4, 2013 at 2:43 pmIT Data Storage, Inc., in partnership with American Megatrends, Inc.‘s Stortrends Division, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, architected and deployed the SAN to provide support for the Dekalb County Police Department‘s online video archives.
The new SAN will provide additional support for their mobile and stationary video cameras located throughout their jurisdiction as well as the mobile video cameras in police and emergency vehicles.
The system was chosen because of it’s user friendly interface and ability to expand storage in demand.
IT Data Storage worked closely with the Dekalb County Police IT department to architect a cost effective solution to meet their current and future needs.
