In addition to his position as a board member of Skyera, Banatao is chairman of Ikanos, Inphi Corporation and Quintic Corporation and is on the board of directors of Alphion Corporation, Wave Semiconductor and Wilocity. He also served as chairman and led investments in Marvell Technology Group; SiRF Technology, acquired by CSR; Acclaim Communications, acquired by Level One; Newport Communications, acquired by Broadcom; and Stream Machine, acquired by Cirrus Logic (CRUS).
Banatao currently serves as managing partner of Tallwood Venture Capital, where he provides a perspective in technology investments, leveraging his experience from co-founding three technology startups, as well as his past engineering work developing key semiconductor technologies and pioneering the PC chip set and graphics acceleration architecture that continue to be found in every PC today.
