VAD Zycko Reselling Micron SSDs

Zycko Ltd is predicting a leap in demand for enterprise-class SSD solutions and has partnered with Micron Technology, Inc.
 
The VAD now distributes Micron’s client, enterprise SATA and enterprise PCIe SSD solutions to channel resellers. As the price of SSD drops and performance increases, the pan-European value-added distributor of IT solutions expects the technology to take a leading role in data access and storage.
 
David Galton-Fenzi, Zycko’s group sales director, explains: "The SSD enterprise market has grown year-on-year as costs decrease and performance increases. Against this backdrop, Zycko has been looking for a manufacturer at the same time as Micron was seeking a partner to develop the enterprise market for its products.
