fluid Operations eCloudManager Certified on VCE Vblock Systems

fluid Operations AG, provider of cloud and data management solutions based on semantic technologies, announced that the eCloudManager has been certified on VCE Vblock Systems as VCE Vblock Ready as VCE Gold Technology Alliance Partner.

eCloudManager delivers solutions for flexible infrastructure and cloud management and orchestration in virtualized and physical enterprise environments. This includes the creation of a flexible cloud infrastructure, end-to-end data center monitoring, rapid, on-demand provisioning of new systems or enterprise application landscapes, as well as the automated handling of the daily operations of a private or public enterprise cloud.

Vblock Systems integrate Cisco networking and server, EMC storage and VMware cloud infrastructure technologies into a single converged infrastructure system with support. This certification provides customers with the assurance that eCloudManager will interoperate with Vblock systems.

The certification was conducted by Superna LLC, which has been authorized by VCE to provide Vblock system certifications to VCE Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program members. This certification enables mutual channel partners and customers to accelerate adoption of Vblock systems by leveraging eCloudManager for data center and cloud monitoring and management as well as for the delivery of IaaS offerings. Thus eCloudManager allows for a faster and easier implementation of IaaS, Storage as a Service, Landscape as a Service as well as Data as a Service.
