Convolve Inc. urged a Federal Circuit panel on Monday to resurrect portions of a disk drive technology patent spat with Compaq Computer Corp. and Seagate Technology LLC, saying a lower court erred when it ignored conflicting expert testimony and determined portions of a Convolve patent hadn’t been enabled.
