OCZ Receives Extension to Regain Compliance With Nasdaq
And continues to be listed at least until February 28, 2013
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on December 21, 2012 at 2:57 pmOCZ Technology Group, Inc. announced that the Nasdaq Stock Market has accepted the company’s plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) which will permit the continued listing of the company’s stock on the Nasdaq Capital Markets.
On December 17, 2012, the company submitted to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance with the Rule. After reviewing the company’s plan to regain compliance, Nasdaq granted an exception to enable the company to regain compliance with the Rule. Under the terms of the exception, on or before February 28, 2013, the company must file its 10-Q for the period ended August 31, 2012 and all other delinquent periodic reports, as required by the Rule.
