Object Matrix Appoints French Cap’Ciné

Object
Matrix Ltd, a specialist in the market of integrated nearline storage
solutions, announces the appointment of Cap’Ciné,
a subsidiary of IEC Group and one of Europe’ integrators of broadcast and post
production solutions.

This appointment again emphasizes Object
Matrix’s strategy to work with resellers and integrators. The
prevalence of file-based workflows is driving media organisations in France to
find resilient and integrated nearline solutions that complement their existing
infrastructures. The appointment of Cap’Ciné enables Object Matrix to better
engage with those organisations.

Cap’Ciné will integrate MatrixStore into
its brand new solutions centre being built in the heart of Paris. The centre
will allow customers to experience complex file based broadcast and production
workflows using the solutions, reflecting their specific needs and workflows.

plugin for Avid Interplay, useful to move assets from the online storage
platform to MatrixStore by dragging and dropping assets within the
Interplay application.
