DialAmerica Replaces Tapes With disks

DialAmerica
is a call center and ThinSourcing company providing
service and support to healthcare, finance, publishing and communication
clients from more than 20 call centers.

With a 50-year reputation for excellence to its customers, DialAmerica was
looking for more than a hardware solution to replace its aging, expensive to
maintain and slow central tape backup solution; they were looking for a

The Teleservices company has been
