Martin à–dman CEO, Proact IT Group

As of November 13, 2012, Martin Ödman will take over the responsibility as CEO for Proact IT Groupwww.proact.eu.

Presently, he holds the position as business unit director for the Proact IT Group’s Region West which consists of Sweden South, Denmark and the United Kingdom.

Martin has a record of creating profitable growth since joining Proact IT Group in 1997. He was responsible for the establishments of Proact in the Netherlands and the UK. He is 55 years old and currently holds 15.022 shares in Proact.

Olof Sand who has been CEO of Proact IT Group since 2005, will on his own request proceed to the role as CEO for Anticimex.

Proact IT Group’s chairman of the board, Anders Hultmark comments on the transition: "With the recruitment of Martin Ödman, we will ensure a strong business orientation and a continued focus on profitable growth in existing as well as in new markets.
