This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on November 6, 2012 at 3:05 pmDulce Systems Corp., storage solutions provider for the content creation, broadcast and delivery markets, announced the compatibility of its PRO RXg2 and PRO DQg2 storage arrays with the Bluefish444 Epoch / 4K Supernova and Epoch / 2K Ultra capture cards.
For customers that require high end 4K, Bluefish has developed Fluid software 4K RGB/YUV file output for feature film projects. Supernova combined with Dulce Systems PRO RXg2 Storage Arrays allows 4K video resolution. The software and hardware can be tailored to meet individual workflow solution requirements.
The Systems PRO RXg2 is a 16-drive rackmount array with Extender technology x8 PCIe Gen2 storage array system. With capacities up to 64TB an expansion port provides the ability to daisy chain 7 additional PRO RX (448TB) or any Dulce g2 product without using an extra PCIe slot of a workstation. The PRO RXe option allows for 10GbE connectivity.

The Dulce/Bluefish444 combination offers performance and affordable, scalable storage arrays to address a variety of film and broadcast video applications. It’s the simple workflow solution with benefits for colourists and other professionals.
