Electronic delivery from IBM Corp. offers the following benefits:

• No waiting for orders to be processed or physical shipment to arrive
• In emergencies, you can get another copy of your software immediately
• Download site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Electronic delivery (ESD) is available for software refreshes for the following products:

• Tape System Library Manager
• Linear Tape File System (LTFS) Library Edition
• System Storage ProtecTIER Enterprise Edition
• System Storage ProtecTIER Appliance Edition
• System Storage ProtecTIER Entry Edition
• LTFS Storage Manager

Clients with a current Software Maintenance Agreement (SWMA) can
download software upgrades online without having to wait for an order to
be processed or physical media to arrive. Electronic delivery is
available only for product refreshes.
