Sepaton Announcing S2100-ES3 series 2922 VTL Appliance at 34.6TB/Hour

announced at Storage Networking World Fall ’12 the availability of
the S2100-ES3
series
2922
purpose-built appliance with version 6.3 software.

The data protection
platform features HDS HUS 100 storage arrays for 25% more capacity,
delivering 350% more single system capacity than other system on the
market.

DBeXstream technology is the first to cut capacity while speeding
backup times for very large enterprise databases like Oracle, DB2 and
SQL. Version 6.3 software also supports OST optimized duplication
enabling faster and efficient duplication by reducing the workload on
the NetBackup media servers and on the network.

List pricing for the S2100-ES3 Series 2922 starts
at $335,000.
Current S2100-ES2 customers can add new HUS 110 storage to existing
products.
