MyBitCloud Plans to Use NetApp

WGI Holdings, Inc.’s subsidiary MyBitCloud Inc. plans to use NetApp, Inc. for enterprise SAN.

MyBitCloud plans on utilizing NetApp’s enterprise SAN which provides high quality disk space. The feature rich storage solution provided by NetApp will allow us to confidently store all files, databases, and more in a safe and secure manner, with RAID technology and dual controllers. Coupled with NetApp snapshot technology that allows instant point-in-time copies of file systems with no impact to storage access or disk I/O, even data loss or corruption will be recoverable.

NetApp SAN can sustain multiple simultaneous drive failures, uses multipath I/O, and has multiple controllers in fail over mode so if one goes down another one takes its place seamlessly and automatically. It also alerts network technicians of any error so action can be taken.
