AVG Launches CloudCare

announced the launch of AVG
CloudCare,
security and IT management built for small businesses and the
channel that serves them.

Tested by selected reseller and MSPs on thousands of
devices, this solution has demonstrated its ability to help IT
reseller manage and protect small business customers.

IT resellers who serve the SMB channel have two
problems: customers’ expectations often exceed their willingness to
pay for services, and the technology tools available are designed for
enterprises, not small businesses. By listening to the needs of the
SMBs resellers, the company delivered a platform and services
offering that helps customers lower costs, save time and become more
profitable serving small businesses.

For resellers and MSPs, CloudCare provides a
free-of-charge cloud-based administrative platform that allows them
to remotely manage AVG AntiVirus and AVG Content Filtering services
across all customers. Over time, the company envisions that
CloudCare’s capabilities will grow to include additional services
such as data backup.

Available immediately to all CloudCare partners in beta version, It
is a free tool that lets resellers remotely access and trouble-shoot
issues on their customers’ devices from anywhere.

Pay-As-You-Go and Easy On/Off Services

AVG CloudCare only charges for services that are used.
In addition, individual services can be activated and deactivated as
needed.
