GreenBytes Expands in Europe

GreenBytes, Inc. is expanding its business operations in the European market by
enhancing its London presence and opening an office in Amsterdam.

This will add engineering, sales and support staff to provide customers and
reseller partners with enhanced support services for the company’s optimization solutions for virtual infrastructure.

Earlier this year, GreenBytes announced the appointment of UK-based Stephen
O’Donnell as chairman, as well as the addition of strategic UK-based VAR partners Enables IT, Cognitive Network Solutions, Intasel, and
Envertica, joining existing European partners KPN Corporate Market, SCC,
Telindus ISIT, E-Storage, Visolity, InterExperts, Morex, and Losstech.

Back in May, GreenBytes announced that it received $12 Million in Series B
funding in a round led by London-based Generation
Investment Management LLP, along with participation from Battery Ventures and GreenBytes management.

Europe on sales execution with an expanded presence out of London to cover the UK
and the opening of an office in Amsterdam to service mainland Europe,"

to gain traction in the European market."
