The TrioNAS LX consolidates NAS and
IP-based iSCSI SAN device to reduce hardware requirements, and allows
users to link these to services such as Amazon S3 to backup data into
the cloud and, with just one click, DR can be fulfilled.

It is Qsan’s high-end unified
storage model with inbuilt Intel Xeon CPU. Offering performance with
hardware RAID and SSD caching for critical applications. To provide
better file data sharing, it supports CIFS/SMB 2, NFS v3/v4, AFP 3.3,
FTP and SFTP, WebDAV, and iSCSI. The rackmount NAS offer
always-on disk configurations to free customers from any abnormal
shutdown in line with ZFS’ ability to avoid inconsistencies of data.

The UnifiedAUTH technology allows
any OS client (Windows, Linux, Mac, FTP, and WebDAV) and iSCSI CHAP
to log onto the systems device through a Microsoft Active directory
with a single login. With this technology, IT administrators can
manage employees’ accounts by Windows AD, while end-users can use
their Windows AD ID and password to login via clients of any popular
OS.

The software provides storage
efficiency with de-dup, thin provisioning and compression that help
enterprises store more data and to enhance the efficiency to the IT
infrastructure. The product comes with Battery Backup Module to keep
cache data safe in the event of power outage even if the companies do
not possess UPS facilities.

With
the file-sharing and virtualization advantage, it suits applications
like medical and health care, academic organizations, and remote
working environments.
