announced that its 16Gb/s
Celerity FC HBAs
have been selected by Facilis
Technology,
Inc.
to provide high-performance connectivity for their shared storage
products.
By incorporating Celerity HBAs, the
TerraBlock Shared Storage and the Shared File System are able to
achieve performance, reliability and flexibility to help users
increase productivity.

The 16Gb FC HBAs are
based on the PCIe 3.0 technology to deliver high bandwidth and
low latency, as well as scalable connectivity with twice the
maximum throughput of previous solutions. They address the needs of
streaming media content creation with faster and more efficient data
transfers with Advanced Data Streaming technology for Mac OS X,
Windows and Linux environments. Combining the ATTO’s Celerity HBAs
and TerraBlock provides an solution for all types of collaborative,
cross-platform post-production environments.
