Iocom in Partnership With Cleversafe

IOCOM (inSORS Integrated Communications, Inc.), provider of universal video
conferencing and collaboration solutions, and
Cleversafe, Inc., a supplier of big data storage solutions, announced a
partnership that will make IOCOM’s cloud based collaboration solution available
to the Cleversafe organization.

The relationship brings together two Chicago-based technology providers
of cloud solutions.

Cleversafe needed a reliable solution to connect their employees
located in multiple locations around the country. Cleversafe product engineers,
project managers, sales engineers, and executives needed to communicate with a
more collaborative presence without the expense and disruptions of travel. Requirements
were an easy to use, enterprise solution that offered high
quality audio/video connectivity as well as a way to share data
independently without requiring the moderator to ‘pass the baton’.

Given Cleversafe’s familiarity with the value of cloud-based
solutions, investing with a secure, Software-as-a-Service solution was another
compelling factor. Cleversafe employees are leveraging four conference rooms in
three locations as well as multiple desktop users for full and inclusive
visual collaboration.

Prior to investing with the Visimeet solution, Cleversafe had
utilized other web-based solutions but wanted a solution that would extend full
video collaboration to conference rooms without a significant hardware
investment. With Visimeet, all users can operate on the same platform, whether
they be in a conference rooms, at their desks, on the road, even on a mobile
device.
