CloudFounders Shipped 2,000 Units

At VMworld, CloudFounders, developer of private cloud
technologies for IT-as-a-Service solutions, announced that the
shipments of its private cloud offering have surpassed 2,000 units.

Over the last six years the company has designed and manufactured a private cloud platform. Since its introduction to
the market two years ago through an OEM agreement, more than 2,000 customers
have purchased CloudFounders’ on-premise private cloud technology. As of August
2012 the technology is now available for customers worldwide under their own
brand, CloudFrames.

"Private cloud is an area that has been under served by the IT
industry. The mass market is in need of a private cloud solution designed from
the ground up to meet the requirements of mid-sized enterprises,"

The program is a SMB private cloud framework that completes
conventional IT infrastructures, allowing deployment of a VM infrastructure and
networking. This platform offers hypervisor independence, storage
and scalability. It costs often five times less than rival solutions that bring
similar functionality, reliability and performance.

CloudFrames was built to match the elasticity that businesses need
using a scalable and modular concept that allows organisations to add storage
and computing power when necessary.
