Backupify Launching Migrator for Google Apps

Backupify, a cloud backup service provider, has launched their latest tool, Migrator for Google Apps, a cloud migration tool for Google Apps administrators who need to transfer data between accounts.

 
With 4 million organizations using Google Apps, IT administrators are having to manually migrate data from one domain to another whenever organizational changes takes place – including business mergers, employee exits and domain name changes. Often users have to leave data behind or admins have to leave the legacy system running so users can access legacy data – this costs the company money and IT admins need to continue managing this old system just for the sake of having access to that data. Migrating that data to the new domain from the old domain is cost effective and improves efficiency.
 
Backupify’s solution automates the process of migrating critical information from what are now archived accounts to new accounts, securely and quickly, not only preventing loss of data due to user error, but also freeing up time for administrators.
