Steve Wagner VP Global Channels and Alliances, Geminare
Former CEO and co-founder of acquired ServoTerra

He will manage the expanding North American and International partner community that has adopted Geminare’s cloud Enablement Platform and Recovery as a Service (RaaS) Suite.
Steve Wagner is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a record of delivering business solutions and management and technology consulting services to the U.S. classified government, aerospace, telecommunications, and hi-tech industries. He has built and managed businesses in excess of $50M with partners that include Qwest Communications, Cisco, IBM, and BEA Systems.
Since 2004, he has held a leadership position on SaaS cloud services envelope helping SMB and enterprise companies navigate and transform their business models as they take the journey to the cloud. He has worked with some innovative companies delivering services over the web, including Oracle, SAP, Taleo, Xactly, Business Objects, and Adobe. He recently followed his entrepreneurial spirit as CEO and co-founder of ServoTerra, offering a SaaS B2B e-commerce and social enterprise service with established OEM and ISV partnerships with Salesforce.com; ServoTerra was acquired in 2011. Prior to ServoTerra, as SVP Client Services and GM at OpSource, Steve created a ‘customer for life’-centric culture to drive client and partner success for the growing SaaS delivery and cloud services business.
Prior to OpSource, Steve was MD at BearingPoint and a partner with KPMG Consulting where he built a $57M book of business as the systems integrator supporting Qwest Communications, Sprint, and CenturyLink (formerly CenturyTel). Early in his career, he spent five years in the strategy practice at Booz Allen & Hamilton supporting the classified government as the system integrator to IBM.
Steve holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Systems Engineering certification from the US Air Force Institute of Technology.

Wagner is based out of Geminare’s US headquarters in Silicon Valley and will oversee its expanding global channel of telcos, ISVs, service providers and partners.
