GFI Software Debuts MAX MailArchive

GFI Software Inc. announced in EMEA its new service for MSPs, GFI MAX MailArchive, a hosted service which allows businesses
to archive email to geographically distributed datacenters for
search, reference and retrieval.

The service can be used standalone or integrated within GFI MAX
MailProtection to offer IT service providers and their customers
a solution for email security, continuity and archive.

Designed for IT support organizations and managed service providers,
this solution helps solve several of the challenges facing SMBs. It helps customers offload the storage requirements for their
email infrastructure, and provides access to historical email for
compliance and other purposes.

This is the next component in the GFI MAX service offering for IT
support companies and managed service providers. It will allow them
to offer their customers a secure and available solution that
delivers hosted email archiving on a per-domain or a user-by-user
basis. Priced competitively using the company approach of no
minimum commitment, no long-term contracts and pay-as-you-go billing,
its implementation will be a benefit to customers wishing to
roll the solution out to a large numbers of users.

The solution can be activated in few minutes
by an administrator and can be re-branded to reflect each IT service
organization’s own branding. Its per-mailbox pricing provides
flexibility and cost-effectiveness for customers.
