Nat Fellows VP Sales, CloudOpt

CloudOpt, Inc., in WAN optimization for the cloud, announced that Nat Fellows has joined the company as VP of sales to lead the company’s sales effort.

 He brings more than 15 years of executive and hands-on experience in technology sales and support. As VP of sales, he will drive the sales strategy with a focus on enterprises, channel partners and OEMs.

"We are pleased to have Nat Fellows leading our sales organization as Nat brings in-depth technical experience in networking, storage and cloud solutions for both large and small companies," said Dave Burow, CEO of CloudOpt. "His extensive background will enable us to rapidly expand our presence in the growing cloud market."

Prior to joining CloudOpt, Nat served as senior director of Global Systems Engineering at Isilon Systems (a division of EMC through acquisition) where he led the systems engineering team during the growth phase of the company. With a focus on partnering and new market development, Nat has held technical and sales leadership roles at storage, systems and network vendors including F5 Networks where he was director of Systems Engineering.

Nat is an advisor to storage start-up OS NEXUS Inc.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
