"It is all about making advanced technology simple and with the blue folder on your desktop or mobile device, it couldn’t get easier to access and share information from anywhere," says Mathias Ericsson, CEO of CloudMe.

CloudMe has applications for iPhone, Android and web browsers. With the blue folder these clients can be used to access and share information gathered by multiple computers at home and work. In line with its media focus, it also stream music and keep photos in multiple resolutions for rapid access. Move your music collection into the blue folder and enjoy streaming music from your smart phone – increasing its music library capabilities.

Advanced users are offered the ability to hot sync any folder. This adds flexibility for users that do not want to move their music or photo collections. Folders can also be set up to automatically download content from CloudMe; for instance photos taken by a smart phone while on vacation can in real-time be transferred to a computer at home.

Being a European alternative with in-house data centers also have a positive effect when considering legal uncertainties arising from governments like the US Patriot Act affecting most popular cloud storage providers.

Mathias Ericsson says: "CloudMe is a European boutique player for conscious customers with an eye for user experience, simplicity and media files. Our goal is to be the #1 European choice throughout the world."
