Audavi 500GB and 1TB MediaPac and SecurPac

Available to DOD and Civilian Government agencies through HP SEWP-IV contract

Audavi Corporation announced the availability of 500GB and 1TB MediaPac and SecurPac storage solutions to all DOD and Civilian agencies through the HP SEWP-IV (Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement) contract.

The MediaPac cartridge, a rugged, portable, high performance drive, boasts 90MB/s sustained data transfer rate over a USB 3.0 (backwards compatible to USB 2.0) connection.

The SecurPac cartridge incorporates NIST approved 256-AES encryption and USB 2.0 and e-SATA data connections.

Both cartridges are available in 500GB and 1TB capacities, come with a waterproof crush-resistant carry case, and are TAA compliant.

Our new MediaPac and SecurPac cartridges were designed to meet the needs of our DOD and government customers. The high-speed USB 3.0 and e-SATA data connections provide a 300% improvement in data transfer rate. The inclusion of a waterproof and crush-resistant case allows you to conveniently transport the cartridge and cables without fear of damage or loss. The TAA compliant design ensures conformance with DOD, GSA, and other government contracts allowing for seamless integration by our current military, government, and professional customers who continue to demand increased storage capacity, data security, and performance,” according to Mike Bergkamp, CEO of Audavi.

MediaPac cartridges are designed for users who require portable storage or back-up of large audio, video, and data files. They are also a solution for military and government applications requiring removable media for data security and system classification. The SecurPac cartridge adds the security of NIST approved, FIPS 140-2 validated 256-AES encryption for data-at-rest security.
